Stories that share personal information (like someone’s email or phone number) or break the rules can now be removed by Sender Extreme. If one of your stories is removed, you get a message telling you why. Nothing else changes on your account.
1.0.34
Float app fixes for older phones
Float app on Android 8 (e.g. Xiaomi Mi 5): no more “Sender Extreme stopped” after sending a voice message.
Voice typing in the floating window can no longer get stuck: if the phone’s voice service does not answer, it stops by itself and keeps what it heard. If it does not work on your phone, tap ⤢ for full screen.
1.0.33
Microphone in the floating window
Float app: voice messages and voice typing work in the floating window on older phones (Android 8) — no more “Sender Extreme stopped” when you tap the microphone.
If the microphone is not allowed yet, the app opens full screen to ask for it, then you can float again.
1.0.32
Flags of the world
Flags of every country in the emoji picker: tap the 🏁 tab. They now show as real flags on Windows too.
New Leo sticker in the Zodiac pack.
Older phones (Android 7 and 8): fixed “Sender Extreme keeps stopping” (seen on Xiaomi Mi 5).
Google Play version: voice typing and the microphone now work in the floating window.
1.0.31
Stickers, shapes & story counts
Avatar shapes — everyone now has a rounded square picture. Press and hold a chat (or open a profile → More) → Change shape… to give a person or group their own shape: circle, heart, star, apple, bottle cap, octagon, diamond and more. Only you see your shapes.
Name your shapes in Settings → Appearance (e.g. Heart = Family, Star = Friends) and tap the new chips above your chats to see only that group.
New sticker pack Pinoy Mascots: the Philippine Eagle in his salakot, jeepneys and tarsiers — *Mabuhay!, Kumusta?, Sakay na!, Para po!, Good night, Salamat!* and more (artwork by CreativeCanvasDesign on Pixabay).
New sticker pack Cute Animals: pandas, raccoons, meerkats, platypus, badger and bunnies — *Hmp!, Mahal kita, Ano 'yan?, Tara na!, G na G!, Tampo…, Brrr!, Chill lang* and more (artwork from Pixabay; credits in Settings → About).
New sticker packs Pinoy Scenes (Banaue, Coron, Mayon…), Baby Animals and Zodiac, plus a carabao, Sarimanok, bangka and Sinulog dancers in Pinoy Mascots. Tap a pack picture at the top of the sticker tab to switch packs.
New wallpaper Philippine Map (Settings → Chat wallpaper).
Float app now opens the keyboard when you tap the message box, and voice typing and voice messages work while floating (website version; the Google Play version goes back to full screen for the microphone).
If the app ever stops unexpectedly, the reason is shown the next time you open it, with Copy and Share buttons to send it to the creator.
129 animated stickers in eight packs — Pinoy Mascots and Cute Animals (above), Pinoy Wildlife (Philippine Eagle, Tarsier, Flying Lemur and friends), Pinoy Life (jeepney, tricycle, bahay kubo, rice terraces, parol, sari-sari store, halo-halo, Mayon, Chocolate Hills, mano po…) and Cute Friends (panda, raccoon, red panda, carabao, calamansi, pandesal, ube…). Tap the smiley → the eagle tab.
New default chat wallpaper Philippine Eagle: a soft black & white eagle across the whole chat, dark lines in day mode and light lines in dark mode (artwork by W-B-W on Pixabay). Pinoy Wildlife (small drawings of Philippine animals) is in the wallpaper list too.
New Time format: Automatic, 12-hour or 24-hour (Settings → Appearance).
Story counts on pictures: 2/10 means 2 stories not viewed yet out of 10 (0/4 = all viewed). A slow light runs around the picture while there are new stories and switches off once you have viewed them all. Tap a picture with a ring in your chat list to watch.
New ⋮ button before Add story: Add account, My stories, Float app, Day / Dark mode and Archived chats.
Float app (Android and Windows): Sender Extreme floats over your other apps in a small window. Drag the top bar to move it and the corner to resize it; ⤢ makes it full screen again, ✕ closes the window. Android asks once for Display over other apps.
Archived chats are hidden: pull the chat list down a long way (or ⋮ → Archived chats) to see them. Stories of archived chats stay in the archive; a thin line under the folders tells you there are new ones.
1.0.30
Hide story video controls
Video stories: tap the small arrow under the player to hide the controls and see the whole story (a thin line still shows the time). Tap the arrow again to bring them back. Your choice is remembered.
Windows: after installing or updating, the desktop, Start menu and taskbar show the new Sender Extreme icon right away.
1.0.29
Find your saved files
Tap a file (or press and hold → Save file) and a pop-up shows where it went, with Open and Show in folder.
On Android, saved photos and videos go to a "Sender Extreme" album in your Gallery; other files to Downloads › SenderExtreme.
New press and hold → Save to…: choose the folder and the file name yourself (Android and Windows).
1.0.28
New app icon
A new Sender Extreme icon, drawn by the creator: on your home screen, in the Windows app, for the web app and in notifications.
1.0.27
Share to Sender Extreme
Share to Sender Extreme from other apps (Android): in Gallery, Files, Chrome or any app tap Share and choose Sender Extreme. Pick the chat — the photos, videos, files or link go into its message box, ready to send. Up to 10 files at a time, 50 MB each; works in secret chats too.
1.0.26
Voice typing fix
Voice typing (the sound-wave button in the message box) no longer writes words twice on Android phones ("Hellohello"). The words appear when you stop talking — tap the box afterwards to keep typing.
The text under voice messages no longer repeats words on Android.
Settings → Privacy policy opens the privacy policy again.
1.0.25
Report & delete account
Report a person (their profile → ••• → Report) or a message (press and hold → Report): choose a reason, add a note and also block them in one step. The person is not told who reported them.
The Sender Extreme team checks reports and can warn, suspend for 7 days or ban an account. You see a clear notice if this happens to yours.
Delete my account now works right in the app: type your password and your account is locked at once and deleted for good after 7 days, with your files. Sign in again within 7 days and choose Keep my account to cancel.
1.0.24
Accounts, devices & contacts
Several accounts on one phone or PC, as many as you like: switch in a second from the top of Settings, or press and hold Settings in the bottom bar. Each account has its own notification bell — accounts you are not using still get their messages and calls (Android).
New Settings → Devices & sessions: see every device signed in to your account, tick and terminate some of them or terminate all others, and let old sessions end by themselves after 1 week, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year without use.
Add a device with a QR code: choose Sign in with QR code on the new device and scan it with your phone — or sign in with your password as before.
Contacts now has two lists: your Sender Extreme friends, and people from your phone’s contacts who use Sender Extreme but are not your friends yet — add them with one tap (Android, only with your permission). The search box moved to the bottom, just above the stories line.
Swipe the chat list sideways to move between folders: left to right for the next folder (Online, Unread…), right to left to go back.
New Privacy policy page, linked in Settings and on the sign-up screen, and Settings → Delete my account to ask for your account to be deleted.
New Search tab in the bottom bar (Chats · Calls · Search · Contacts · Settings). Donate is now the heart button at the top of Chats, before the lock.
1.0.23
Reliable online dots
Online dots and the Online folder now also use each person’s last-seen time from the server, so they keep working on phones whose live connection drops often. People who hide their online status are still never shown.
1.0.22
Online status fix
Fixed: on a phone whose connection drops now and then, online dots, the Online folder and its number stopped updating after the app reconnected. The online status now always starts fresh after a reconnect, and repairs itself if it fails.
Settings → Server connection → Connection history now also shows how many people are online and when that was last updated.
1.0.21
Fixes
The Unread folder now shows its number, like the other folders.
Creator account: screenshots now always work on the creator’s phone — the phone itself remembers it, so it no longer depends on the moment the app has finished loading.
The “Connecting…” bar appears only after 8 seconds without a connection, so short reconnects (after waking the phone or changing network) are no longer shown, and the app waits longer before restarting a slow connection.
New Connection history in Settings → Server connection: when and why the live connection dropped on this phone.
1.0.20
Clearer “Low battery”
The “Low battery” voice now says both words clearly — the same Sender Extreme voice, with the echo starting after the words instead of over them.
1.0.19
Story player & Online folder
New Online folder between All and Unread: your chats with people who are online right now, and online contacts you have not chatted with yet.
Video stories now have player buttons: play, pause, stop, slow motion (3× and 5× slower), reverse, and step back / forward one picture at a time — tap faster to go faster.
Capture a picture of any story without the buttons, and download stories. When you post, Allow others to save decides whether viewers can save yours.
“Low battery” voice: at 20 % and 15 % Sender Extreme says “Low battery” in its own voice — on Android also when the app is closed. Switch it off in Notifications & sounds.
The “Connecting…” bar no longer stays for a long time: the app rebuilds a stuck connection by itself, keeps checking for new messages meanwhile, and you can tap the bar to retry.
1.0.18
Auto open & sign out
New Auto open & sign out: Settings → Auto open & sign out. Choose when Sender Extreme opens by itself and when it signs out of this device — once, every day, on chosen days of the week, every month or every year.
Before it happens: a 15-second countdown with a warning sound and a screen flash at 15 and at 5 seconds, with Cancel and Reschedule. On Android it also works while the app is closed.
Scheduled messages with countdown: now 15 seconds (was 10), with the same two warnings, and a new Reschedule button.
Google Play version: notifications while the app is closed now come through Google Play push, encrypted so only your phone can read them — no permanent notification and almost no battery use.
Creator account: screenshots are allowed again everywhere in the app; Privacy & security now shows whether screenshots are allowed on this phone right now.
1.0.17
Faster delivery
Messages arrive faster after you open the app again, unlock the phone or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data: the connection is checked and renewed at once and missed messages are loaded right away.
A broken connection is noticed in about 15 seconds instead of up to a minute, and reconnecting starts after 0.3 seconds.
Android: notifications while the app is closed reconnect as soon as the screen turns on or the network changes.
New Connection speed test: Settings → Server connection → Test speed.
The same message can no longer ring twice.

1.0.13

Send the edited photo back to the person, to other chats, to Saved Messages, or save it to your phone.
Left or right hand: a small arrow moves the Send button to the other side. In a live stream, End and minimize move the same way.
1.0.11

Alert styles: Normal, Vibrate only, Discreet lights (the screen edges glow) and Silent.
